Each memorial is initially created by your funeral home or other provider. You will provide the necessary information, and a technician will include it in the site. You will choose from several designs, and you can change the design later.

Our basic service is "standard" in name only. Each service plan has at least:

• personalized web site with
  • biography or obituary or eulogy with portrait
  • key dates and places and family relationships
  • funeral page with calendar during funeral period
  • guest book to help remote friends and family record their personal tributes
• broad selection of designs and fully automatic editing
• implementation by funeral home based on your information and photographs supplied in conjunction with funeral services
• user identifier and password with which for a full year you can sign in and add to the biography and fill in the timeline of the person's life
• no special skills are required; online training is built in
• after a year the site will switch to archive mode and will be preserved forever

The Premium memorial has all the Standard features plus

• a comprehensive image gallery with full annotation of each image (photograph); you can simply display up to 50 images, or you can build photo essays by arranging your images into albums
• use of our document manager tool with which you can create stories about the subject in a news magazine format
• the services of an editor to provide up to six hours of training by telephone and/or startup help with graphics and text tools to give your site a professional look

The combination of these features produces a comprehensive web site about the subject that is in essence an online book.

The Professional memorial includes all Premium features plus

• up to two days of editorial support and training
• up to 200 images in the Gallery.
• optional up to five minutes of user-supplied video in segments of up to one minute each

Memorials for former US military personnel can use any of several standard, service-related templates, or they can be personalized with imagery pertaining to the subject. Examples include Navy, Marines, Army, or Air Force, or for persons preferring non-military imagery other templates can be used in their regular form such as Floral or Religious themes, or these can be used as the basis for personalization in Premium sites.
